Freight Claims
Inspect shipments immediately upon arrival, and note any damages on the freight bill before the driver leaves. In the case of concealed damage, you must contact your freight carrier within three days of delivery. We will make every effort to assist you with your freight claim.

Damaged or faulty goods
PBW may repair, replace, or refund the purchase price on faulty products at its discretion.

Returned Goods Authorization
Contact us before attempting to return a product. An RGA number will be issued to be placed on the outside of the package. Shipments received by our warehousese without proper RGA identification will be refused.
